How is my meat packaged for shipping?

All orders are vacuum-sealed for freshness and packed in insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they remain at safe, refrigerated temperatures during transit.

What is your return policy for perishable goods?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.

When will my order ship?

To ensure maximum freshness, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday at 12:00 PM EST will be processed for the following Monday's shipment.
